Terms of sale, license and refunds

The plain-language rules for trying, buying and using Easy Paint Pro bought from this website.

Last updated October 15, 2026

Easy Paint Pro is made and sold by its independent developer, trading as Easy Paint Pro (“we”, “us”) (). When you use or buy Easy Paint Pro from this website, your agreement is with us, and using the app means you agree to these terms.

Free trial

  • The trial lasts 7 days from the first time you open Easy Paint Pro and includes every feature.
  • When it ends, Easy Paint Pro becomes view-only: you can still open and look at your pictures, but drawing, editing, saving, exporting, printing and copying stop until you buy a license.
  • Your files are never deleted, changed or watermarked when the trial ends.

Buying

  • Easy Paint Pro costs $29.99 USD as a one-time purchase (introductory launch price). There’s no subscription.
  • Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles payment, adds sales tax or VAT where it applies, and provides your receipt. Paddle’s buyer terms also apply to your order.
  • Your license key is shown on screen and emailed to you right after checkout.
  • Prices may change for future purchases. A price change never affects a license you’ve already bought.

Your license

  • A personal license lets you use Easy Paint Pro on 1 Mac at a time that you own or control.
  • Your license is activated online once on that Mac and checked again about every two weeks when you’re online. To move it, choose Easy Paint Pro ▸ Deactivate This Mac… on the old Mac, or contact us if that Mac is no longer available. A license can move to a different Mac up to 3 times in 30 days; if you need more, contact us.
  • Pictures you make with Easy Paint Pro belong to you, including for commercial use. Images you bring into the app stay yours or their owners’; only use images you have the right to use.
  • Please don’t share, resell or publish your license key, try to get around the trial or license check, use Easy Paint Pro for anything unlawful, fraud or infringing other people’s rights, or interfere with our license server or website.
  • We may end a license after a refund or chargeback, for fraud or key sharing, or for serious or repeated breaches of these terms, including repeated infringement.
  • Schools, labs and businesses installing Easy Paint Pro on more Macs can ask about volume licenses.
  • Easy Paint Pro is licensed to you, not sold. We keep ownership of the software, its artwork and its name.

Updates

Your purchase includes all updates to Easy Paint Pro version 3. If we release a new major version later, we may offer it as a paid upgrade. The version you bought keeps working either way.

Refunds

  • If Easy Paint Pro isn’t right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your purchase and you’ll get your money back in full. No reason needed.
  • Request it from Paddle at paddle.net (look up your order with the email address you bought with), or through our contact form.
  • After a refund, the license key stops working and the app returns to view-only.
  • Nothing here limits any refund rights you have under the law where you live.

Mac App Store

Easy Paint Pro is also sold on the Mac App Store. Copies bought there are sold by Apple under Apple’s own terms, prices and refund process. App Store purchases and website licenses are separate and can’t be exchanged.

  • No warranty. We work hard to make Easy Paint Pro reliable, but it’s provided “as is”, and we can’t promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Please keep backups of important work.
  • Limit of liability. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about Easy Paint Pro is limited to the amount you paid for it.
  • Third-party software. Easy Paint Pro includes open-source components under their own licenses, listed in the app under Help ▸ Third-Party Notices.
  • Independent product. Easy Paint Pro is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple or Microsoft. Apple, Mac, macOS and Mac App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc. Windows and Microsoft Paint are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation.
  • Copyright concerns. If you believe something on this website infringes your rights, tell us through the contact form and we’ll review it and remove it where appropriate.
  • Changes. If these terms change, the new version applies to purchases made after the date at the top of this page.
